  • Deadline for Course Withdrawals, 1Q SY2020-21

A friendly reminder to all students that the deadline for application for course withdrawals, or more commonly known as "DROPPING PERIOD", is on October 23, Thursday.

Successful applications will render their course grade as code "W", meaning "Withdrawn" and won't have to attend the classes for that course anymore.

This will prevent the student from earning a failing grade due to three Incomplete grades and shall have a fresh start next term, given that the same course is offered by the School.

Access and fill-out the form here: Then e-mail the accomplished form to the Registrar's Office at

For questions regarding next term's course offerings, do not hesitate to leave a message or e-mail the Dean, Assoc. Dean or the School Technical Assistant.

  • TOEIC Exam for Batch 2018 and Onwards

The Test of English for International Communication (TOEIC) Exam will now be part of the OJT Course for Batch 2018 onwards.

Students shall take the English Proficiency Examination at least two (2) terms prior to his/her enrollment in his/her OJT Course. Upon completion, Mapua CCESC shall release the TOEIC Exam Certificate, which the student can show to International Career and Exchange Programs (ICEP) to process the other requirements for OJT Course.

For more information, see the guidelines here:

  • To all Feasibility Study groups

All feasibility study groups will now undergo the Virtual Online Defense (through Zoom) for their papers. This includes those groups who are currently under the Readership Scheme and have yet to satisfy all panel inquiry.

If the group has not yet booked a schedule for virtual defense, e-mail the School Technical Assistant immediately, at

Also, do not forget to register your group details here:

  • To all who received an I/P last 3Q, SY19-20

We are gently reminding everyone that I/P (or "In Progress") grade conversion for 3Q, SY2019-20 should be done before the end of the current term, 1Q, SY2020-21.

Failure to convert the I/P to a numerical passing grade by the end of term will result to a 5.00 for the affected course.

To communicate with your professor on the affected course, please e-mail them. For the definitive list of ETYSBM faculty e-mails, please click here. If the professor is not listed, please reach out to the Associate Dean for instructions.
